The group was formed in 2015 by Kayo Otaki (Vo/Gt), Rie Furusawa (Ba), and Nao Yokoyama (Dr). The three-piece band captures the hearts of its listeners upon first listen due to the music’s relaxed and earnest vocals, its catchy and shadowy melodies, its vivid lyrics that look straight at the life of joy and sorrow, and most prominently its rich emotion.
This is 1st full-length album by Ululu, and is an absolute must-have for all rock fans as it is full of fresh fascination, which is reflected in the glittering jacket photo by photographer Masumi Ishida.
