Izumi Kobayashi, who has recently experienced a resurgence in popularity due to the renewed interest in city pop, is once again in the spotlight both in Japan and abroad. She has reissued her second solo album, originally released in 1982, on LP! This album features a blend of Latin and new wave influences, with a special guest appearance by Tomoyasu Hotei on guitar.
