Akiko Yano - Japanese Girl LP

The WeWantSounds pressing of Akiko Yano's 1976 LP, Japanese Girl.  It is crazy enough that Yano recorded this when she was 21, nevermind that she was backed up by Little Feat and Japanese musicians such as Haruomi Hosono and Tatsuo Hayashi.  Combining rock, pop and Japanese folk, this LP broke new ground in each genre. 

Of course the team at WeWantSounds put together a wonderful package, including OBI strip plus the original 4 page insert with lyrics and full line up.
