Sugar Babe - Songs LP (Used)

This is the 1981 repressing of the legendary Sugar Babe LP, Songs. 

The sleeve to this LP isn't in great shape.  The top and bottom seems have split and were taped, which has since caused discoloration.  It appears the OBI was also taped to the sleeve itself.  There is some discoloration on the sleeve in general too.  What does this all mean?  We're giving it a conservative G+, but on the upside... the disc itself is close to perfect.
