Ennio Morricone's score to Noi Lazzaroni is not something that most Americans will be familiar with. But that doesn't mean it isn't worth your time, it is definitely worth your time. This brand new pressing from the Italian Digitmovies label comes in an extremely short pressing of 300 copies.
From what we found on IMDB, it appears that Noi Lazzaroni (We Rascals) was an Italian miniseries that came out in 1978. It had something to do with the country, so that is the sound that Morricone went for here. He delivers a modern score with traditional themes that features massive vocals from Edda Dell'Orso. This pressing even comes with two additional previously unreleased alternate takes.
This is an awesome addition to any collection. And once again, it is a limited pressing... 300 were made. Whether you're looking to dig a little deeper into Morricone's work or are a Morricone completist, buy this now. It won't be available at this price for very long.
