This is the new Run Out Groove 2LP pressing of Morphine's classic Cure for Pain. It is re-mastered from the original DAT tapes and pressed on 180G vinyl. It is a 180G pressing that comes in a deluxe tip-on style jacket. They're individually numbered and strictly limited based on the number of pre-orders that were made when Run Out Groove announced it. Most importantly, this album is amazing.
Originally released in 1993, it was hailed as one of the best albums that year. You have to be pretty unique to end up on a Beavis and Butthead episode as well as the Sopranos. Morphine certainly are. Two string bass, saxophone and drums, Morphine wasn't like anything else on the alternative/college rock scene and there still isn't anything quite like this.
That said, if you're already familiar with the LP, you know all this already. You just know that your collection needs a copy.
