Issei Okamoto - Moonlight Singing

This is a lesser known City Pop gem that shouldn't be missed.  It the 2021 repressing of the debut LP from Issei Okamoto.  He isn't as well known as Tatsuro Yamashita or Hiroshi Sato, but he's good enough to enlist Yamashita and Sato as arrangement musicians.  He also has  Ryuichi Sakamoto, Haroumi Hosono and Shigeru Suzuki playing on this LP.  It was put out by HMV/Lawson Entertainment. Issei released two additional LPs and then wrote numerous songs under the name "Akira Okamoto"
